- If you wish to cancel an order on HDOMZ, you must contact the vendor from whom you purchased the product as soon as possible.
- If the vendor has not yet shipped the product, they may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
- If the vendor has already shipped the product, you may not be able to cancel the order. In this case, you may need to request a return or file a dispute with HDOMZ.
- If the vendor cancels an order, they will issue a refund in accordance with their refund policy.
- If you wish to cancel an order placed with a delivery partner, you must contact the delivery partner directly as soon as possible. If the delivery partner has not yet picked up the product, they may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund. If the delivery partner has already picked up the product, you may not be able to cancel the order and may need to request a return or file a dispute with HDOMZ.
